Most of us can improve our lifestyles we often eat poorly, don't balance our exercise or don’t really exercise at all. We live in a stressful world with stressed people and this along with constant weakening over the years through toxins and poor diet and exercise takes its toll and eventually we suffer physically and or emotionally [we break].
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has traditional advice regarding diet and exercise but this advice is sometimes hard to practice in a modern world with all its distractions. Over the years I have started to develop lifestyle ideas that better reflect the modern world while still holding onto the wisdom of TCM.
Personally and in clinic I have seen profound change through relatively easy and sustainable lifestyle changes; I see type 2 diabetes disappearing, stubborn weight loss achieved and greatly improved mental health.
One day perhaps, given the time and energy I’ll write a book!
